The terms and conditions expressly listed and set forth below refer to the Spurst.com website, owned by Spurst Brands Corp, and you the client as outlined and agreed to herein.

We require people who register to use any Spurst Brands Corp online applications and/or to purchase products at Spurst.com (the "Services") to give us contact information. Depending on the Services chosen, we ask for contact and account information, such as name, company name, address, phone number, email address, password and the number of users in the organization who will be using the Services, in addition to financial and billing information, such as billing name, address and credit card number. When you express interest in additional information, when you register for the Services, or after you become a user, we may ask for additional personal information, such as title, department name, fax number or additional company information. You can opt out of providing additional information by not entering it when asked.

Product Terms

At Spurst.com we try to maintain a large stock of all our items. Under circumstances, if you place an order and the item is out-of-stock, we will contact you via phone and/or email to notify you. After your order is placed you will be issued a reminder via ticket/email every 10 days giving you options to continue waiting or to cancel the item(s) on back order. We will not be responsible for any delays in shipment for goods that are out of stock.

Some of our products contain small parts which are a hazard for children under 5 years of age. Spurst Brands Corp disclaims all warranties with regards to any product(s) we sell. Spurst Brands Corp does not manufacture products that are sold on Spurst.com, and, therefore, are not to be held accountable for any damages or injuries caused by these products.

Shoes are sent separately via Ground Shipping and are not available for International orders, or on orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or Military Addresses. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. Also be sure to give a physical address as we do not deliver shoes to PO Boxes. All shoe orders will be charged $10.00 shipping and handling fee for the first pair and $5.00 for any additional pair. This will automatically be added to your final invoice at checkout.


We accept all major credit cards, such as Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express (no check payments accepted). We are not responsible for delays in order processing due to declined credit cards. Orders will be processed and shipped once payment clears.

Starting from Feb 23, 2015, all payment transactions will show up under Netbrands Media Corp.


When coupons are used for a purchase, the full value of the coupon will be used towards the subtotal cost of the purchase before sales taxes; Not the grand total.

All promotional discount codes and coupon issued online or via email will be valid with online purchase only.

All store credit codes that are issued for returns or cancelled orders/items can be redeemed via ticket/email and can be used either online or by placing a phone order.

Store credit codes will not expire and all amounts unused will remain on the same code.

Once any store credit codes are issued they cannot be reversed. There will be no refunds for any store credits once issued to the customer or after being used for any remaining credits.

No store credit codes can be used along with discount codes on any orders placed on line or by phone. Only one credit or discount can be used per order.


Sale tax will apply and will vary depending on the customer's ship to state address (exclude International orders).

Our Promise To You

At Spurst.com we put our customers first. We appreciate our customers and take immense pride in our reputation for exceptional service, superior quality, with unbeatable price guarantees. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase within 30 days from the ship date, simply contact the Spurst Customer Care Team and we will be happy assist you.

If any of the free promotional items are not returned with the order, Spurst Brands will implement the following charge: Free Panty $5.00, Free Wristband $10.00, Free T-Shirt $19.99 & Free Tote Bag $25.00

What is Spurst Brands Return Policy?

The customer MUST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) by logging in to their account online, select and submit the item they want to return before the merchandise is mailed back to Spurst.

You can return your items for refund, exchange, or store credit depending on the original payment methods. We will email you when your exchange or return has been processed. Your refund or store credit is not available until your return is processed.

If you are unhappy with your selection or the way it fits, you are welcome to return it (except under garments). All items must be returned with its original packaging (undamaged and properly resealed) and tags. All items have to be returned as a complete set and cannot be returned only a portion of the sets. You are responsible for the shipping costs incurred to return the merchandise. We will refuse any items that are sent to us that are not in their original packaging or with original tags. These items will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. All footwear must be in original box & box may not be used as the shipping box. We encourage you to wear undergarments when trying on swimwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. Spurst also reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns and exchanges.

* All return inquiries for items that cannot be accepted, that have to be returned to the customer or that have been refused and returned to shipper due to being undeliverable must have a response and/or be concluded within 5 business days or items will be checked in or disposed of through our returns department.

All clearance items are Final Sale. No returns for refund, exchange or store credit will be accepted.

Customers are responsible for all shipping fees incurred when sending back any item.

Items received after the 30-day period or in a condition that is not compliant with our return policy will be shipped back at the customer's expense.

All exchange will be charged $6.99 for shipping and handling fee.

If you are unable to obtain a Return Authorization online, please call Spurst Customer Service 1 (855)-844-7399 for a RA# within 48 hours. Otherwise, we will understand that all items are correct and received and your package will not be accepted upon delivery without a RA#.

* Spurst.com will not be held responsible for any damage or lost merchandise for any products that are returned to us. We recommend that customer request delivery or signature confirmation for all return packages.

** You must contact us within 48 hours of recieving your merchandise if an item is defective.

Refund Policy

The merchandise is refunded to the credit card used to make the transaction.

Store Credit Policy

Your Store Credit is not available until your return is processed. Store Credit cannot be applied to the existing purchase and it must be used at the time of your purchase.

What if the items I order includes a pantie, g-string, thong, or stockings?

Please do not try the intimate part of the items on. We cannot accept the primary item back if the accessory items such as panties or stockings have been tried on. Just quickly try on the primary item such as baby doll or corset, not the accessory items such as the panties or stockings.

Can I return shoes or boots?

If the boots or shoes you purchased do not fit, they can be returned or exchanged if they are unworn and in the original packaging within 30 days from the ship date and is subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please note: DO NOT apply tape or labels directly to the shoe boxes, wrap in a shipping paper or in a shipping carton.

Halloween Return Policy

Qualified Costumes purchased between September 1st, 2019 - October 15st, 2019 must be postmarked within 30 days of the ship date. Qualified merchandise can be returned for exchange, store credit, or refund. The items must be in their original unworn condition with its original packaging and tags.

We will not accept any returns on Halloween costumes purchased between October 15th - October 31st. These will be final sale items.

Christmas Return Policy

Qualified Holiday Gift items purchased between November 15st, 2019 - December 31st, 2019 must be postmarked within 30 days of the ship date. Qualified merchandise can be returned for exchange, store credit, or refund. The items must be in their original unworn condition with its original packaging and tags.

Valentine's Day Return Policy

Qualified Valentine Gift items purchased between January 15th, 2019 - February 14th, 2019 must be postmarked within 30 days of the ship date. Qualified merchandise can be returned for store credit or exchange only. The items must be in their original unworn condition with its original packaging and tags.

International Orders Return Policy

Spurst is aware that our international shipping options might sometimes take more than 15 days to be delivered. Please contact Spurst Customer Service so we can email you the Return Authorization Number. International customers are responsible for the shipping fees on any exchanged products. All return terms and conditions are the same for international customers except for the time frame.

Final Sales

Due to Health regulations which stipulate that clothing that is worn, soiled, laundered, or damaged cannot be taken back. Spurst offers no guarantee once tags are removed since lingerie and swimwear is delicate.

Lost Merchandise

All claims regarding missing merchandise or lost packages must be filed within 15 days of the order being shipped.

All sales are final on the following items

Swimwear, thongs, Panties, men's boxers, men's thongs, wigs, wig accessories, pastie glue, pasties, body stocking, pantyhose, hosiery, body creams, gels, eyelashes, eyelash accessories, romantic toys or any similar romantic gifts, body jewelry at supervision's discretion. (No Exceptions)

How Do I obtain a RA # (Return Authorization Number)?

Step 1: Login to your account

Step 2: Go to order history and select the order which has the item you wish to return

Step 3: Click on the Return Items link in that order

Step 4: Follow the instruction to select the item you wish to return

Step 5: Submit the form and obtain the RMA number

Step 6: Return your item(s) together with the RMA form print out from step 5 within 30 days of the receiving order date for store credit or exchange (minus shipping) to the address below

All orders will be discreetly shipped in a plain unmarked package/box. We also offer Free Discreet Ground Shipping on all orders that are or more before taxes and coupon discount.

Spurst.com is not responsible for delays in shipping due to weather, natural disasters or shipping partners unforseen service disruption.

As of this time, we do not ship to any APO addresses.

Please ensure that you provide us with a physical mailing address for product delivery. You will receive an automated email with a tracking number for your FedEx or USPS shipment once your order is ready to ship.

We are not to be held responsible for delays in shipment if you provide an incorrect or incomplete mailing address. If customer moves/changes locations prior to their FedEx or USPS delivery, customer is responsible for contacting FedEx or USPS within 5 business days for an address change. If customer does not contact FedEx or USPS, the shipment will be returned to Spurst and customer will have to pay for re-shipment of goods.

Rush production orders will ship the following business day.

If an order is placed prior to 2:00 PM central standard time then the order will be processed the same day.

Overnight shipping for orders placing on Friday will be delivered on Monday the following week unless customer call in to request Saturday delivery. Additional charge might apply for saturday delivery. Please call us at 1 (855)-844-7399 for more info.

In the event of a return, shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer shall be held responsible for all shipping charges when returning a product, if return is approved.

Shipping Address Change

If you need to change the shipping address after you have placed an order with Spurst.com, you must call us immediately at 1 (855)-844-7399 to notify us the new shipping address. We will not guarantee the change of new shipping address via submitting a ticket or email since most of our orders are shipped out in the same business day and we might not receive your written request on time to update the change.

International Orders

For orders shipping outside the United States - INCLUDING CANADA - local duties and/or taxes may apply. These fees are not charged by Spurst Brands Corp during checkout; please consult your local customs office to determine these charges, as we are not responsible for these duties and/or taxes.

Please also note that delivery dates outside of the U.S. are essentially "estimates" and in no event will Spurst Brands Corp be liable for any consequential damages arising from delays in delivery.

International orders with back order items will not ship until those items arrive in stock or until the customers cancels the back order items.

No purchase of shoes on international orders

Promotions and Daily Deals

At Spurst.com we always like to offer you promotional deals and discounts. Per policy, each customer is permitted to utilize one promotion per order.

Limitation of Liability

This Agreement shall be construed as if both you (customer) and Spurst.com (inclusive of its affiliates Spurst Brands Corp.) jointly wrote all terms set forth herein. Additionally, this Agreement shall be governed exclusively by Texas Law and all claims arising out of or relating in any manner, directly or indirectly, to this Agreement shall be litigated exclusively in Federal or State Courts of Harris County, Texas, USA. Further, both you (customer) and Spurst.com (inclusive of its affiliates including Spurst Brands Corp.) consent to personal jurisdiction in those Courts in Texas.
