When will I receive my order?

If you place your order online before 2PM CST it will ship out the same business day. Once your order ships out of our warehouse the time it takes to arrive to your doorstep will vary depending on the type of shipping you select during the checkout process.

Standard Free Shipping is sent using either USPS First class mail or FedEx Ground and takes about 4 - 7 business day to arrive. Overnight, 2nd Day and 3 Days FedEx Express Shipping is available during the checkout process.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, free shipping is available to any order of $70 or more within US ONLY.

Do you ship International?

Yes, please select the flate rate international shipping option for $29.99 during the checkout process. We currently ship from the United States, any order shipping outside of the Continental United States is considered International. We use USPS for most of our international shipping and it will take approximately 5 - 7 business days for delivery.

Do you allow local pickup?

Unfortunately, local pickup is not allowed at this time.

What if I do not like the item I purchased or it does not fit?

If you are unhappy with your selection or the way it fits you are welcome to return items for store credit only (except under garments and sale/clearance items). All items must be returned with its original packaging and tags. You are responsible for the shipping costs incurred to return or exchange the merchandise.
